History

Georgetown Masters is one of the most successful and respected facilities in the mastering business. Founded by legendary mastering engineer Denny Purcell, producer/bass player Norbert Putnam, and record label president Ron Bledsoe in 1984, Georgetown has mastered a vast range of chart-topping artists across all genres. The current Georgetown staff is headed by Owner/Chief Mastering Engineer Andrew Mendelson, who Purcell acquired from the renowned audiophile label Telarc in 2002.
